Hope Harnessed with Faith.
May 28th, 2009

reachingThere has been a thread throughout my writing that has tried (I hope) to express that Hope is much more than some impotent escape of our imagination when we seemingly have nothing else or our desires get the best of us. I looked out over the fields of white tombstones and crosses perfectly lined up and flowing with the contour of the land and I was breathless. I couldn’t count the numbers. It was just too many. And so,….I cried.
