This broken stone still needs some sculpturing. Once I was a work of art, when I was a kid. All children are polished, untainted works of art. Life taints the art often in ways that are confusing, undeserved, and unnecessary, much like a bird does to a sculpture in the park. Those who truly persevere are able to clean off the marks, scars, bumps, and bruises and keep on keeping on. Do we do it alone? I’m not sure as i have so many painful scars that I should be dead. But I’m not.
