Where to Run?

February 19th, 2009

How many times has trouble come our way and we have absolutely no idea where to turn. We sit there, head down, eyes fixed on nothing in particular and our brain seeking some place, some answer to whatever has just befallen us. We seem caught in a vice-like grip of trouble and we have no place to turn. I’ve been there. You might have been there too or you might be there right now! Want to talk about a hope and a safe place in times of trouble? Try reading this!

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust!” For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper.” Psalm 91:1-3

Whatever has you bound up right now, whatever has ensnared you, say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust!” He’s waiting. Run into the mighty fortress and find shelter and rest in Him.
